Facade Improvement Matching Grant Program

The Facade Program is designed to encourage the upgrading of storefronts by offering business and property owners a 50% matching grant once the upgrade is completed.  Select commercial properties in Midtown Detroit have used this incentive to rehabilitate their building facade enhancing curb appeal and ultimately increasing customers and revenue.  The Facade Improvement program is administered by Midtown Detroit, Inc.
