The James Pearson Duffy Department of Art and Art History is pleased to present this year's WSU Alumni Exhibition. Stanley Rosenthal, professor of printmaking, selected works by alumni from the five plus decades that he has been at WSU. His selections cover the depth and breadth of creativity of WSU graduates that represent a wide variety of approaches.

Doodle 4 Google Exhibit

Come out to the Detroit Public Library as we host the Doodle 4 Google (TM) Exhibit at Main Library.  The exhibition will be on display from May 22 - September 30, 2012 and feature the Michigan 2012 finalists for the Doogle 4 Google competition.  Entries were submitted from all across Michigan and these finalists represent the top submissions in each age group. 

NEI Crafts Program to Boost Tech

The New Economy Initiative has embarked on an ambitious 10-year program called the Regional Innovation Network to boost high-tech development and job creation in Southeast Michigan, with a particular emphasis on Detroit's Midtown.

NEI Executive Director David Egner said the initiative -- designed to connect the dots of innovation, from the riverfront to Ann Arbor and East Lansing -- will make at least $30 million in grants to an array of organizations.
