Probably the most unique destination in Detroit, Midtown is the birthplace of the legendary aviator Charles Lindberg and home to the Dodge Brothers, who tinkered in their garage to create world famous automobiles. The area has many historical districts featuring beautifully restored homes and renovated buildings preserving the architecture of the era.
